QA Engineer : Manual, Automation & Salesforce

What you’ll do* Review requirements, user stories, and designs; identify gaps, edge cases, and

acceptance criteria.* Plan and perform functional, regression, exploratory, integration, and user acceptance

testing.* Build and maintain automated tests for critical user journeys across web and mobile.

• Test APIs and backend workflows, including request validation, responses, error

handling, and data consistency.* Test Salesforce features and workflows, including record creation and updates,

permissions, automation, reports, and integrations.* Validate end\-to\-end scenarios such as registration, profile and credential updates, job

search, applications, recruiter interactions, and status changes.* Verify data flows between the product, Salesforce, and connected services; investigate

sync failures and duplicate or missing records.* Track test cases, defects, and QA work in Jira; write clear, reproducible bug reports and

verify fixes.* Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and improve testability.

• Maintain test plans, test cases, automation suites, and release quality notes.
• Participate in release readiness reviews and help the team make risk\-based testing

decisions.* Consider accessibility, usability, privacy, and security in day\-to\-day testing.

What you’ll bring* 3\+ years of experience in software QA, including both manual and automation testing.

• Experience testing web applications and REST APIs.
• Hands\-on experience with an automation framework such as Playwright, Cypress, or

Selenium.* Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or equivalent.

• Salesforce testing experience, ideally with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, profiles and permissions,

Flows, reports, and integration behavior.* Practical experience using Jira to manage defects, test work, and project workflows.

• Ability to write clear test scenarios and communicate defects with useful steps, expected

results, and actual results.* Familiarity with SQL or another method of validating application data.

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile practices, and CI/CD

workflows.* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize testing based on

user and business impact.

Good to have* Experience testing mobile applications or responsive web experiences.

• Experience with healthcare, recruiting, staffing, or job marketplace products.
• Familiarity with AI\-enabled features, including conversational search and

recommendations.* Experience with Salesforce integration testing, such as REST APIs, middleware, or

event\-driven data flows.* Familiarity with accessibility and cross\-browser testing.
