Job Overview

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and enthusiastic QA Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in software quality assurance, problem\-solving, and testing web and mobile applications. The role involves identifying bugs, validating functionality, collaborating with development teams, and ensuring the delivery of high\-quality software products. • *Responsibilities**

• Review and analyze system specifications to ensure product quality and functionality.
• Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Identify, record, and track bugs using issue tracking tools until resolution.
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software meets defined requirements and standards.
• Conduct regression, functional, usability, and performance testing as required.
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Verify and validate bug fixes and ensure product stability before release.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test results, reports, and related QA processes.
• Participate in requirement and design review meetings to ensure test coverage and quality alignment.
• Continuously improve QA processes, testing methodologies, and automation efficiency.
• Be proactive in learning and adapting to new tools, technologies, and testing methodologies as project demands evolve.

• *Required Skills**

• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Knowledge of manual testing techniques and test case preparation.
• Understanding of functional, regression, usability, and integration testing.
• Ability to identify, document, and track bugs effectively.
• Familiarity with bug\-tracking tools such as Jira or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of web and mobile application functionality.
• Knowledge of SQL, API testing tools such as Postman, or automation testing tools is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and logical\-thinking skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross\-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and testing methodologies.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant QA or software testing certifications or training are encouraged to apply.
• Freshers with a strong interest in software testing and a willingness to learn are welcome.
• Candidates with approximately 1 year of experience in software testing will be preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality software products.
