• *Role Overview:**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented QA Engineer – Product Quality Assurance to join our Engineering team. You will collaborate with the founding team and cross\-functional stakeholders to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with Engineering, Product,Operations, and Business teams to validate new features, identify defects early, and improve the overall customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about quality, enjoy breaking applications to make them better, and believe quality is everyone’s responsibility.

• *Key Responsibilities :**

• *Functional Testing:\-**

• Understand business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and sanity testing.
• Validate web and mobile applications before every release.
• Ensure implemented features meet business expectations.

• *Defect Management:\-**

• Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects.
• Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Perform root cause validation and verify bug fixes.
• Ensure defects are resolved before production releases.

• *Product Quality:\-**

• Validate user experience across different devices and screen sizes.
• Perform end\-to\-end testing of complete business workflows.
• Ensure application stability, reliability, and consistency.
• Verify API integrations and third\-party services from a functional perspective.
• Participate in release validation and production sanity testing.

• *Collaboration:\-**

• Work closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Business teams.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand\-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Provide early feedback during feature development.
• Collaborate with developers to improve product quality throughout the development lifecycle.

• *Continuous Improvement:\-**

• Improve QA processes and testing standards.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive testing activities.
• Maintain organized test documentation and reusable test assets.
• Leverage AI\-assisted tools to improve test case creation, defect analysis, documentation, and overall testing efficiency.

• *Required Technical Skills:\-**

• The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in the following:

• *Mandatory:\-**

• 2–5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Experience testing Web and Mobile applications.
• Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and Sanity Testing.
• Test Automation (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, or similar)
• Experience preparing Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scenarios.
• Strong defect reporting and tracking skills.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and API testing concepts.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
