Own the test strategy and quality bar across mobile, web, and APIs. Set up automation, lead regression and integration testing, and drive the test cycles (SIT/UAT).
Key responsibilities
Define the test strategy, plans, cases, and exit criteria mapped to user stories and acceptance criteria.
Build and maintain automated regression suites (API \+ UI/E2E) integrated into CI/CD; grow coverage each sprint.
Lead integration testing across services; coordinate SIT and UAT.
Drive accessibility (WCAG 2\.1 AA) and internationalization testing as sprint\-exit checklist items.
Coordinate performance/load and security test cycles with the relevant specialists; own the defect log and triage.
Mentor the QA engineer; report quality status to delivery management.

Strong test\-automation experience (e.g., Playwright/Cypress/Selenium for web, Appium/Flutter integration tests for mobile, Postman/REST\-assured for APIs).
Proven ownership of test strategy and SIT/UAT for complex, multi\-integration systems.
API, integration, and regression testing depth; defect\-lifecycle management.
