• *About the Role**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and enthusiastic **QA Intern** to join our technology team. The intern will work closely with developers and the product team to test web/mobile applications, identify issues, and help ensure a smooth and reliable user experience.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Understand product requirements and user workflows.
• Prepare and execute **test scenarios, test cases, and test data**.
• Perform **functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing**.
• Test web and mobile applications across different browsers and devices.
• Identify, reproduce, document, and track bugs with clear steps and supporting screenshots/videos.
• Retest bugs after fixes and perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not impacted.
• Perform UI, usability, responsiveness, and cross\-browser testing.
• Assist with **API testing using Postman**.
• Maintain test cases, bug trackers, and QA documentation.
• Work closely with developers to understand and resolve reported issues.
• Participate in release testing and post\-deployment validation.
• Assist the QA team in improving testing processes and coverage.
• Learn and support automation testing as required.

• *Required Skills**

• Basic understanding of **Software Testing, SDLC and STLC**.
• Basic knowledge of manual testing and test case preparation.
• Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to identify edge cases and unexpected application behaviour.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of web/mobile applications.
• Willingness to learn QA tools and automation.

• *What We're Looking For**

• Knowledge of **Postman/API testing**.
• Basic knowledge of **SQL/database testing**.
• Familiarity with **Jira or other bug\-tracking tools**.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS or JavaScript.
• Exposure to Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or any automation framework.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
