We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive **Quality Analyst Lead** to oversee quality processes and lead a small team of analysts. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across operations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Quality Analysts.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes and standards.
• Conduct audits, reviews, and inspections to identify process gaps and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance operational efficiency.
• Track, analyze, and report on quality metrics to support data\-driven decision\-making.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and performance.

• *Qualifications:**

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading or mentoring a team.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with QA tools, reporting systems, and data analysis.

• *Preferred:**

• Experience in an eCommerce environment.

• *Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
