QA Lead| Performance Testing| India

We are looking for a **Lead Performance Test Engineer with 8\+ years of experience** to own performance testing strategy and execution for large\-scale **B2B and B2C web platforms in the automotive domain** . This role requires **strong hands\-on performance testing expertise along with the ability to lead teams and engage directly with customer stakeholders.**

• *What You Will Do**

• Define and own the **overall performance testing strategy** across programs
• Lead and mentor a **team of performance test engineers**
• Act as the **primary performance testing point of contact** for customer stakeholders
• Translate business and **non\-functional requirements into clear performance goals**
• Review test results and guide teams on **performance optimization and improvements**
• Work closely with **architects, developers, and DevOps teams** to identify and resolve bottlenecks

• *What We Are Looking For**

• **10–12\+ years of experience** in performance testing with strong hands\-on expertise
• Proven experience in a **Lead / Manager role managing performance testing teams**
• Strong hands\-on experience **scripting performance tests using k6 and JavaScript**
• Deep understanding of **performance testing concepts, methodologies, and metrics**
• Experience defining **performance strategies for complex enterprise systems**
• Ability to communicate clearly with **senior customer and engineering stakeholders**
