QA Lead

• *Job Title: QA Manager (Automation\-First \| Client\-Facing \| Quality Ownership)**

• *Role Description**

We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to drive end\-to\-end quality across multiple products. This role requires a strong focus on automation, strategic planning, and delivery excellence, along with the ability to engage confidently with clients. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable QA processes, ensuring high product quality, and leading a team with an ownership\-driven approach.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Own the complete quality lifecycle from requirement analysis to production release
• Define and implement QA strategies, standards, and best practices
• Drive risk\-based testing and ensure high release quality with minimal defects
• Act as the primary QA contact for clients, handling communication, demos, and escalations
• Build and optimize automation frameworks for UI, API, and regression testing
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers
• Review test cases, automation scripts, and overall testing approach
• Improve testing efficiency through parallel execution and optimized processes
• Track and report quality metrics such as test coverage, defect leakage, and regression timelines

• *Technical Skills**

• Strong hands\-on experience in Playwright and Selenium
• Experience in designing scalable automation frameworks (POM, modular)
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (preferred) or Java/Python
• Solid understanding of API testing using Postman or REST Assured
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD
• Knowledge of UI, API, and regression testing methodologies

• *Additional Skills**

• Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow)
• Understanding of shift\-left testing practices
• Exposure to AI\-based testing tools (Testim, Mabl)
• Knowledge of visual testing tools (Percy, Applitools)
• Experience in performance testing (JMeter, k6\)
• Familiarity with mobile testing (Appium)
• Experience with cloud testing platforms (BrowserStack, LambdaTest)
• Basic knowledge of security testing (OWASP)
• Hands\-on experience with tools like Jira, TestRail, Xray, Allure, and Git

Pay: ₹800,000\.00 \- ₹1,200,000\.00 per year
