• *Job Description**

We are looking for a **QA Manager who leads the QA team while staying hands\-on in test automation and AI\-assisted QA**. Will own quality across the product, and still design, review manual processes, and implement automation frameworks, and AI\-driven testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall QA strategy aligned with product and engineering goals.
• Own QA deliverables, timelines, and release commitments, ensuring quality objectives are met.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high\-performing QA team across manual and automation testing.
• Evaluate and implement automation and AI\-driven testing solutions.
• Leverage AI for test generation, defect analysis, regression optimization, and root\-cause investigation.
• Establish best practices and governance for responsible AI adoption in QA.
• Own test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting for major releases.
• Ensure production quality through monitoring, incident support, and post\-release validation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to drive continuous quality improvements.

Required Qualifications

• **8–12\+ years** **in software QA, with** **3–5\+ years** **in a QA lead/manager role**
• Proven hands\-on automation experience — you must be able to code/review automation (not manage\-only)
• Strong proficiency in at least one automation stack:
• + UI: Selenium

+ API: Postman, RestAssured, Karate, etc.

+ Language: Java

• Practical experience with QA AI — implementing or piloting AI in test design, execution, maintenance, or analysis
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience working on **U.S. financial services products**, including loans, mortgages, credit cards, or similar regulated financial platforms.
