• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a skilled **API and Application Tester** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of web and mobile applications through both manual and automated testing, with a strong focus on API validation and integration testing.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Perform manual and automated testing of APIs and applications (web \& mobile).
• Develop, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Validate RESTful APIs using tools like **Postman**, **Swagger**, or **JMeter**.
• Conduct regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify, record, and track bugs through issue tracking tools (e.g., **JIRA**, **Trello**, **Asana**).
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure quality deliverables.
• Verify fixes and perform re\-testing before releases.
• Create detailed reports on test results and provide actionable feedback.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1 years of experience in testing web and mobile applications.
• Hands\-on experience with **API testing tools** (Postman, Swagger, JMeter).
• Good understanding of **REST APIs**, **JSON**, and **HTTP methods**.
• Knowledge of bug tracking and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• *Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):**

• Experience with performance/load testing.
• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
• Knowledge of database testing using SQL queries.
