QA Manual Tester

About the Role

We are looking for a detail\-oriented Manual Tester to join our QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by executing manual tests, identifying defects, and collaborating with developers to deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Perform end\-to\-end testing of applications to validate complete business workflows from start to finish

Execute smoke testing on new builds to ensure core functionalities are stable

Conduct regression testing to verify that new changes, fixes, or enhancements are working good

Design and write clear, comprehensive test cases and test scenarios based on requirements, user stories, and technical specifications

Execute test cases, record results, and maintain test documentation

Identify, document, and report bugs with detailed steps to reproduce, severity, priority, and supporting evidence (screenshots/logs)

Track and retest reported defects until closure, working closely with developers

Participate in requirement reviews and contribute to test planning activities

Report testing progress, metrics, and quality status to the QA Lead/Manager

Required Skills

Proven experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications

Strong hands\-on experience with

End\-to\-end testing

Smoke testing and Regression testing

Bug reporting and defect life cycle management

Test case and test scenario writing

Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC

Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills

Attention to detail and a quality\-first mindset
