QA/QC Engineer

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a **detail\-oriented QA QC Engineer (Civil)** responsible for ensuring **quality assurance and quality control** across all stages of construction. The role involves monitoring material testing, site execution quality, and compliance with **design specifications, IS standards, and project requirements** to deliver high\-quality construction outcomes.

• *Roles and Responsibilities**

• Ensure quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) across all stages of construction
• Oversee testing of construction materials such as concrete, steel, aggregates, and other materials
• Monitor slab casting activities and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards
• Inspect and review Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) quality at site and batching plants
• Conduct quality checks for residential and high\-rise commercial building projects
• Ensure familiarity and compliance with testing procedures, methods, and frequency as per IS codes
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and checklists
• Coordinate with site execution teams to ensure quality compliance
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement corrective actions
• Assist in third\-party inspections and audit preparations.

• *Requirements**

• Minimum 2\+ years of relevant experience in QA/QC, preferably in infrastructure or large construction projects
• Diploma or Graduation in Civil Engineering (Required).
• Strong understanding of slab casting, RMC quality checks, and construction testing parameters
• Knowledge of construction materials and their behaviour in structural and finishing works
• Good communication skills to interact with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Experience in high\-rise commercial building projects is an added advantage
• Ability to prepare detailed QA/QC reports and presentations
• Strong knowledge of quality control techniques and construction parameters for high\-rise structures.
