QA/QC Engineer (Civil)

• *Position Overview**

QA/QC Engineer role based in Bangalore, with preference for candidates from Coimbatore, Salem, Madurai, Theni, Erode, or Thoothukudi. Ideal for professionals with 13 \- 18 years of experience ensuring product and process quality in construction, manufacturing, or related sectors.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Conduct inspections, tests, and audits on materials, processes, and finished products to verify compliance with standards like ISO, ASTM, or industry\-specific norms.
• Prepare and review QA/QC documentation, including test reports, non\-conformance records, and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with production teams, clients, and contractors to resolve quality issues and monitor project schedules.
• Implement quality control systems such as APQP, PPAP, SPC, and MSA for ongoing improvements.​

• *Required Qualifications and Experience**

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 10\- 15 years of hands\-on experience in QA/QC, preferably in construction projects involving civil works, textiles, or manufacturing.
