• *Job Description:**

We are hiring a **QA/QC Engineer** with 5–8years of practical experience in quality control processes specific to the **tube and pipe** manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have strong hands\-on expertise with advanced testing equipment and excellent knowledge of documentation practices as per industry standards.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

* Operate and perform tests using the following equipment

• **Universal Testing Machine (UTM)**
• **Hardness Testers**
• **Macroscope**
• **IGC (Intergranular Corrosion) Test Equipment**
• **PHT (Positive Material Identification Tool)**
• **Borescope**
• **Eddy Current Testing Machine**
• Prepare and manage the following documentation:
• **Material Test Certificates (MTC)**
• **Third Party Inspection (TPI) Reports**
• **In\-Process and Final Inspection Reports**
• **Non\-Conformance Reports (NCR)**
• **CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)**
• **ISO Quality Documentation**
• Ensure all quality processes meet customer and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with third\-party inspectors and internal departments for audits and inspections
• Support implementation of quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain calibration records and test result traceability
