QA & QC Engineer

§ Work within tight cycles/deadlines and with minimum supervision.

§ Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks.

§ Report equipment faults to maintenance staff..

§ Contribute to continuous improvement activities.

§ Work in cross functional department like PPC, Store, Production, Quality .etc.

§ Understand of production costs to include waste, downtime, scrap and re\-work.

§ Responsible for Production Planning and material requirement, PO generation for packaging material, Stock audit and monthly stock details.

§ Understand of customer deliverables and the impact of failure / cost of poor quality.

§ Follow written and verbal instructions and work to standards.

§ Work across multiple areas of the assembly process.

§ Work on own initiative when necessary \& work in a safety.

§ Knowledge of PLM, 5S, 7 Diamond Process, 7QC Tools, 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP and Kaizen.

§ Line rejection analysis \& corrective action by using problem solving Co\-ordinate in 8\-D analysis,

§ 5\-S, Material Defect handling Techniques. (Why\-Why Analysis and Poka\-Yoke).

§ Daily reporting to department Head.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
