We are seeking a Senior Techno\-Functional QA Engineer who combines strong functional ERP testing expertise with modern automation engineering skills. The role requires deep understanding of enterprise workflows, data validation, and integration testing, along with hands\-on experience in test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
The ideal candidate will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to ensure high\-quality releases for complex ERP systems by designing comprehensive test strategies, implementing scalable automation frameworks, and validating data integrity across multiple systems.
- *Functional \& ERP Testing:**
- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories for ERP modules and enterprise workflows.
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases for ERP modules including invoicing, order management, finance, and integrations.
- Validate data integrity across systems, including ERP databases, integration layers, and reporting systems.
- Perform end\-to\-end testing of business workflows, including API, UI, and backend processes.
- Participate in Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies to ensure clear test coverage.
Validate data flows between ERP systems, APIs, message queues, and third\-party integrations.
- Perform database testing to ensure accuracy of transactions and business rules.
- *Automation \& Quality Engineering:**
- Design, develop, and maintain UI automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver.
- Implement scalable test automation using Page Object Model (POM) and modern design patterns.
- Execute automated tests across environments using Selenium Grid or distributed execution infrastructure.
- Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines using Maven, Git, and Jenkins.
- Contribute to test framework improvements, reusable utilities, and test data management strategies.
- *Quality Strategy \& Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure early detection defects.
- Participate in root cause analysis of production defects and recommend preventive QA practices.
- Contribute to test strategy, test automation roadmap, and QA best practices.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and help promote a quality\-first culture within the engineering team.
- *Required experience and skills:**
3–6 years of experience in Test Automation and Quality Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, QA processes, and defect lifecycle management.
- Experience testing ERP or enterprise applications.
- Hands\-on experience with data validation and integration testing in complex systems.
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- *Automation \& Technical Skills**
- Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver and Selenium Grid.
- Solid understanding of automation design patterns, including Page Object Model (POM).
- Experience building maintainable automation frameworks in Java or similar languages.
- Experience with test execution orchestration in CI/CD environments.
- Strong SQL expertise for data validation and backend testing.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Hands\-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Maven, Git, and Jenkins.
- Understanding of API testing and integration validation.
- *AI\-Assisted Development**
- Exposure to AI productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar tools for improving development and testing efficiency.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Knowledge of Playwright or modern UI automation frameworks.
- Exposure to API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured, Karate, etc.).
- Experience with test reporting and analytics tools (Allure, Extent Reports, etc.).
- Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker) or cloud\-based test execution platforms.
- Domain experience in Packaging, Printing, or Manufacturing systems.
- Familiarity with shift\-left testing and quality engineering practices.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive testing initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Comfortable working with distributed global teams across multiple time zones.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and influence quality practices across teams.
