Job Description

Plexitech is looking for a detail\-oriented and analytical **QA / Software Tester** with strong knowledge of software testing fundamentals, automation frameworks, AI\-powered testing tools, and cloud\-based testing platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring software quality, identifying defects, and improving testing efficiency across different environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Build and maintain automated test suites using relevant automation frameworks.
• Leverage AI\-powered testing tools for intelligent test case generation, defect analysis, and visual validation.
• Perform cross\-browser, mobile, and API testing using cloud\-based testing platforms.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects using Jira, Bugzilla, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify issues and maintain quality standards.
• Integrate testing activities into CI/CD pipelines.
• Recommend improvements to testing processes, automation coverage, and overall QA strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and testing methodologies.
• Hands\-on experience with AI\-powered testing tools such as Testim, Applitools, or Mabl.
• Familiarity with cloud\-based testing platforms such as BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or LambdaTest.
• Knowledge of automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to identify defects, analyze test results, and ensure product quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in software testing.
• ISTQB certification or an equivalent software testing certification.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Compensation

₹4 LPA – ₹4\.5 LPA, based on experience, technical skills, and interview performance.

Pay: Up to ₹450,000\.00 per year
