QA Tester

We are looking for an experienced QA Tester \- Manual with strong hands\-on experience in Life Asia and the Life Insurance domain. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, preparing test scenarios and test cases, executing testing activities, identifying defects, and ensuring the quality and reliability of applications.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and application workflows, QA team management

2\. Prepare and review test scenarios, test cases, test data.

3\. Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, System, sanity and Smoke Testing, review.

4\. Work extensively on Life Asia applications/modules and validate insurance\-related business processes.

5\. Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.

6\. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues.

7\. Participate in requirement analysis and provide inputs from a testing perspective.

8\. Perform end\-to\-end testing of insurance applications and workflows.b

9\. Conduct regression testing after fixes and application enhancements.

10\. Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing status, risks, and defects to stakeholders.

11\. Ensure testing activities are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000\.00 per year
