• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and motivated **QA Tester with 1–2 years of experience in manual and/or automation testing.** The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of software testing methodologies, test case preparation, defect reporting, and application quality assurance. The candidate will work closely with developers and other team members to ensure the delivery of high\-quality software products.

• *Roles and Responsibilities**

• Analyse business requirements and technical specifications to understand application functionality.
• Prepare, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and integration testing.
• Identify, document, track, and report software defects using tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
• Perform retesting and regression testing to verify defect fixes.
• Execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress, depending on project requirements.
• Maintain test documentation, test execution reports, and defect logs.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other team members to resolve issues.
• Perform basic API testing using Postman, where required
• Ensure applications meet quality standards and business requirements before release.

• *Required Skills and Qualifications**

• 1–2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and software testing methodologies.
• Hands\-on experience in manual testing, including test case design and defect reporting.
• Basic knowledge or practical experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Familiarity with defect\-tracking tools such as Jira.
• Basic understanding of API testing and SQL is an advantage.
• Good analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Exposure to automation frameworks and programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• l Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, or test management tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
