QC Engineer for Sheet metal Industries

• Maintain, monitor and ensure highest quality in services or products.
• Develop and initiate quality standards for tests, inspections and evaluations.
• Design, develop and implement best quality practices and processes for manufactured job.
• Design and develop forms and instructions for evaluating, assessing, reporting and documenting on quality standards in products or services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems relating to quality control aspects.
• Lead, direct and assist technical, professional staff for measuring and testing a product or a service.
• **If any rejection in our product, then inform to worker, production supervisor \& reporting authority.**
• **Responsible for third party inspection \& report to the HOD.**
• **Involved in the systems like 5S, ERP, ISO, and 6 sigma, etc.**
