Job Description

We are looking for a QC Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in boiler manufacturing, fabrication or heavy engineering industries to ensure product quality and compliance with applicable quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in\-process and final quality inspections.
• Inspect boiler components, pressure parts, pipes, tubes and fabricated structures.
• Monitor welding, fabrication and assembly activities.
• Perform dimensional inspections as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate hydrotesting and other quality inspections.
• Identify non\-conformities and ensure corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection reports, quality records and test documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable IBR, ASME and ISO quality requirements.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of fabrication and welding inspection.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of QC tools and measuring instruments.
• Understanding of quality documentation and inspection procedures.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in boiler manufacturing, pressure vessels, pressure parts or heavy fabrication industries will be preferred.
