Job Summary

We are looking for a detail\-oriented QC Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in Software Testing. The candidate will be responsible for manual and basic automation testing of desktop, web, and mobile applications to ensure software quality, functionality, and reliability.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automation testing of desktop, web, and mobile applications.
• Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
• Conduct functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and retesting.
• Identify, document, track, and report software defects using JIRA or similar tools.
• Follow SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle processes.
• Work with Selenium, Appium, or similar automation testing tools.
• Use basic Java or Python for automation testing.
• Perform basic API testing using Postman.
• Conduct basic SQL queries and database validation.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve defects.
• Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of manual software testing.
• Basic knowledge of automation testing.
• Experience testing desktop, web, and mobile applications (Android/iOS).
• Knowledge of test case preparation and defect tracking.
• Basic familiarity with Selenium/Appium and Java/Python.
• Knowledge of Postman, SQL, and JIRA is preferred.
• Good analytical, debugging, communication, and problem\-solving skills.

• *Additional Advantage:** Knowledge of TestNG/JUnit, Git, Maven, CI/CD, AI\-assisted testing, or hardware\-integrated applications.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Software QA/QC Testing.
