QC Head

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced **QC Head** to lead and manage all Quality Control activities. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing QC operations, conducting inspections, ensuring product quality, maintaining quality standards, and leading the QC team to achieve compliance with company and customer requirements.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead and manage all Quality Control activities.
• Ensure product quality through regular inspections and testing.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Monitor production quality and resolve quality\-related issues.
• Maintain QC records, reports, and inspection documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and other departments to ensure quality compliance.
• Handle customer quality concerns and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Lead internal quality audits and support external audits.
• Train and guide the QC team on quality standards and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and other applicable quality standards.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Quality Control .
• Strong knowledge of quality tools, inspection techniques, and ISO standards.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Good communication and team management abilities.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000\.00 per month
