QC Inspector - Vasai

• *QA / QC ENGINEER JOB DESCRIPTION**

• Inspect raw materials and bought\-out components upon receipt using drawings, standards, and specifications.

Verify certificates such as Material Test Certificates (MTC), and check agains material grade, heat number, and traceability.

• Conduct dimensional and visual inspections during machining, forging, assembly, and fabrication processes.
• Ensure all operations are carried out as per process control plans and work instructions.
• Perform final inspection of tube fittings, valves, and assemblies before dispatch.
• Ensure products conform to drawings, tolerances, pressure ratings, surface finish, and cleanliness standards.
• Verify proper marking, tagging, and packaging.
• Conduct pressure testing (hydrostatic/pneumatic), leak testing, and other functional tests as required.
• Maintain detailed inspection and test reports, Non\-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and other quality records.
• Maintain calibration record of all measuring instruments and testing equipment’s and ensure their time to time calibration.
• Participate in internal audits and support third\-party/customer inspections.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve product and process quality.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, and design teams to resolve quality\-related issues.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹32,000\.00 per month
