*Job Summary**
The QC \& Production Manager is responsible for overseeing bakery production operations and quality control activities to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and according to company and food safety standards.
*Key Responsibilities**
Plan and supervise daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
Implement and maintain GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in\-process products, and finished goods.
Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Manage production staff and QC personnel.
Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety practices.
Coordinate with maintenance, warehouse, and procurement teams.
Prepare production and quality reports for management.
*Requirements**
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in bakery or food manufacturing.
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, GMP, and HACCP.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
