• *Job Summary**

The Change Executive / QS is responsible for managing change requests and quantity surveying activities for commercial interior fit\-out projects. The role involves reviewing project variations, validating supporting documents, preparing quantity assessments, evaluating cost implications, and coordinating with Site, Procurement, Planning, and Project teams to ensure timely approval and implementation of project changes. The incumbent plays a key role in maintaining budget accuracy, cost control, and commercial compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Review and process Change Requests (CRs) received from project sites.
• Evaluate the commercial and budgetary impact of project variations.
• Attend and resolve site queries related to the addition of materials in planning and budgeting.
• Review and validate quantity take\-offs for additional and revised works.
• Prepare and verify Non\-Tender (NT) item workings and cost calculations.
• Handle coefficient\-related queries and ensure accurate calculations.
• Update item rates received from the Procurement department.
• Verify that all revised rates have been approved by the Procurement Head before implementation.
• Ensure all Change Request documents, BOQs, drawings, and supporting attachments are complete and properly approved.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Project, Design, and Site teams for technical and commercial clarifications.
• Maintain Change Request registers, variation logs, and rate revision records.
• Assist in project budgeting, cost monitoring, and change order management.
• Support quantity verification, cost analysis, and budget reconciliation.
• Prepare reports on Change Requests, variation status, budget impact, and cost analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, contractual requirements, and approval workflows.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• *Qualifications \& Experience**

• *Education**

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• *Experience**

• 2–5 years of experience in Commercial Interior Fit\-Out, Quantity Surveying, Budgeting, or Planning.
• Experience in Change Management, BOQ preparation, quantity take\-offs, project budgeting, and cost control.
• Exposure to procurement coordination, rate analysis, and project commercial activities is preferred.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and project management software is preferred.
