- *Head of Finance / Finance Manager**
We are looking for a qualified and experienced finance professional to lead and manage the overall finance and compliance function of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for statutory compliance, financial controls, monthly closures, team management, inventory oversight, and coordination with external stakeholders.
- *Financial Closing \& Reporting*** Overall ownership of monthly financial closing process from Day 0 to Day 5
- Ensure timely preparation and review of monthly financial statements and schedules
- Coordinate with internal departments for closure timelines and pending reconciliations
- Review variance reports and ensure timely explanations/resolutions from respective stakeholders
Compliance \& Statutory Management
- Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements
- Review and sign\-off on GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings
- Oversee TDS computation, payment, and filing of monthly/quarterly returns
- Supervise processing of statutory payments including PF, ESI, PT, and LWF challans
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, ROC authorities, and other regulatory bodies
Revenue \& Accounting Oversight
- Weekly reconciliation of DocPulse revenue with Tally
- Review accounting entries and overall financial hygiene
- Monitor accruals, provisions, prepaid expenses, and revenue recognition
- Maintain and review doctor referral sheets and monthly income accrual workings
Treasury \& Payment Controls
- Review and monitor vendor payment processes
- Ensure CEO/MD approval for vendor payments exceeding prescribed thresholds
- Manage banking relationships and treasury coordination
Inventory \& Operational Finance
- Overall ownership and control of inventory accounting and reconciliation
- Ensure proper controls over inventory movement and reporting
Team Management
- Lead and manage the finance and accounts team
- Ensure proper delegation, accountability, and review mechanisms within the department
Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualified CA with 4–5 years of post\-qualification experience
- Prior experience in managing finance and accounting teams preferably from Healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Companies Act compliances, and financial reporting
- Hands\-on experience with Tally/ERP systems
- Strong analytical, leadership, and coordination skills
Ability to drive timelines and work in a fast\-paced environment
