Quality Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to lead the testing and quality assurance efforts for our products. As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and ensuring overall quality of the product. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain a comprehensive testing strategy that encompasses all aspects of the product, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.

· Work closely with the development team to integrate QA processes into the software development lifecycle, ensuring that quality is considered at all stages.

· Oversee the selection and implementation of testing tools and technologies.

· Analyze test results, identify and report defects, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.

· Continuously assess and improve testing processes and practices to enhance product quality and team efficiency.

· Stay up to date with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and industry’s best practices.

Required Qualifications

· 3\-5 years of experience.

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

· Knowledge of any automation/performance or security testing tool is an added advantage.

· Experience in Fintech domain is mandatory.

· Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and their impact on the QA process.

· Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills, with keen attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross\-functional teams.

· Work closely with the development team to integrate QA processes into the software development lifecycle, ensuring that quality is considered at all stages
