Quality Analyst/Project Delivery

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Oversee **end\-to\-end project delivery**, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
• Define **test plans, cases, and execution strategies** for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct **manual and/or automated testing** to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance gaps.
• Collaborate with developers to track, verify, and close defects efficiently.
• Manage **client communication**, status updates, and project reporting.
• Identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and propose process improvements.
• Maintain detailed **documentation** for test results, project milestones, and delivery notes.
• Work closely with the Product and Tech teams to ensure releases meet business and user expectations.
• Drive **UAT (User Acceptance Testing)** and ensure smooth deployment cycles.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong understanding of **software testing life cycle (STLC)** and **project management processes**.
• Hands\-on experience with **Jira / Trello / ClickUp / Asana** or similar tools.
• Familiarity with **API testing** tools like Postman (added advantage).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage cross\-functional teams.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Certification in QA, Agile, or Project Management (e.g., ISTQB, Scrum Master) is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Exposure to **automation frameworks** (Selenium, Cypress, etc.) is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹21,624\.47 \- ₹52,358\.04 per month
