Job Description – Quality Analyst (Tester)

• *Location:** Okhla Phase\-1, New Delhi
• *Experience:** 3\+ Years
• *Employment Type:** Full\-Time

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Prepare, review, and maintain QA documentation including test plans, test cases, test scenarios, requirement traceability matrices (RTMs), and test summary reports.
• Analyse business and functional requirements to create effective test documentation.
• Execute manual testing for web and mobile applications.
• Identify, report, track, and verify software defects until closure.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure quality deliverables.
• Ensure all testing activities and documentation comply with project standards and quality processes.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong experience in **manual testing** and software quality assurance.
• Hands\-on experience in **QA documentation** (Test Cases, Test Plans, RTM, Bug Reports, Test Reports, SOPs, and User Manuals).
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
• Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

• *Preferred Qualification**

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 3\+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Candidates with strong documentation skills and attention to detail will be preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹500,000\.00 per year
