Quality Analyst

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and analytical **Quality Analyst** with 2–3 years of experience to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing applications, identifying defects, and ensuring that the final product meets business requirements and user expectations.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Analyze business requirements and prepare test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
• Perform **manual and/or automated testing** on web and mobile applications
• Identify, document, and track bugs using appropriate tools
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues
• Conduct regression, functional, and performance testing
• Ensure product quality before deployment
• Maintain proper documentation of test results and reports
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective

• *Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of **Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)** and QA methodologies
• Experience in **manual testing** (automation is an added advantage)
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like **JIRA, Bugzilla**, etc.
• Basic understanding of **SQL and databases**
• Knowledge of API testing tools (like Postman) is a plus
• Good analytical and problem\-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in ERP Software will be an added advantage

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 2–3 years of hands\-on experience in software testing

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
