We are seeking an experienced **Quality Architect \- Digital Assurance** to lead quality engineering initiatives, design scalable test automation solutions, and drive enterprise\-wide quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **Selenium Automation, Playwright with TypeScript, and Automation Framework Architecture** , with proven experience in architecting modern test solutions and enabling quality transformation across Agile and DevOps environments. This role requires a hands\-on leader who can define testing strategy, mentor teams, and ensure high\-quality software delivery.

• 9\-12 years of experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation
• Strong experience in **Selenium Automation**
• Hands\-on expertise in **Playwright with TypeScript**
• Proven experience in **Automation Framework Design and Development**
• Experience working as a **QA Architect / Test Architect**
• Strong understanding of **Test Strategy, Test Architecture, and Quality Governance**
• Experience integrating automation suites with **CI/CD pipelines** (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of **Agile, SDLC, and STLC**
• Experience in **UI, API, and End\-to\-End Test Automation**
• Strong programming skills in **TypeScript/JavaScript**
• Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor teams, and drive automation adoption
• Experience defining QA standards, quality metrics, and release\-readiness criteria

• API Automation using **Postman** or **Rest Assured**
• Experience with **Performance Testing** and **Security Testing**
• Exposure to **Cloud Platforms** (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience with **Docker** and **Kubernetes**
• Knowledge of **Microservices Testing**
• Experience with reporting tools such as **Allure Reports, Extent Reports, or ReportPortal**
• Accessibility Testing and Cross\-Browser Testing experience
• Relevant certifications in Automation Testing, Quality Engineering, Agile, or DevOps

• Define and implement enterprise\-level Quality Engineering and Automation strategies.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and reusable automation frameworks.
• Drive adoption of Playwright and Selenium\-based automation solutions.
• Establish test governance, best practices, and quality standards.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to ensure end\-to\-end quality.
• Mentor QA engineers and provide architectural guidance.
• Monitor quality metrics and continuously improve testing effectiveness and efficiency.
• Drive innovation and modernization of testing practices across the organization
