1\. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Executive to manage ISO documentation, internal and external audits, quality\-related training, compliance activities, and the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) in our manufacturing facility.

2\. Roles \& Responsibilities

• Handle ISO audits, including preparation, coordination, and follow\-up for internal and external audits.
• Maintain and update ISO documents, procedures, work instructions, formats, and quality records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards and customer\-specific quality requirements.
• Coordinate with certification bodies, external auditors, and internal departments during audits.
• Prepare audit schedules, checklists, and required supporting documents.
• Identify non\-conformities and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conduct and coordinate quality\-related training for employees and maintain training records.
• Follow up on training completion, employee awareness, and effectiveness of training.
• Monitor document control, revision history, and record retention.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Store, and other departments for audit compliance.
• Maintain records of customer complaints, corrective actions, inspection reports, and quality objectives, as applicable.
• Track audit observations and ensure timely closure of pending action points.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain audit readiness throughout the year.

3\. Required Skills \& Knowledge

• Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
• Knowledge of internal audits and external certification audits.
• Experience in QMS documentation and document control.
• Knowledge of CAPA, root cause analysis, and non\-conformity management.
• Ability to plan and coordinate employee training.
• Good documentation, reporting, and follow\-up skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and audit\-related formats.
• Experience in automobile or engineering manufacturing is preferred.

4\. Candidate Profile

The candidate should have practical experience in ISO implementation, audit preparation, quality documentation, employee training coordination, and compliance follow\-up in a manufacturing environment.

5\. Reporting To

Quality Manager / Plant Head / Management

• *Salary:** As per experience and company norms.

• *Working Days \& Timings:** As per company policy.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
