Job Description

**Note: Only Local Candidates from Mumbai are considered. (not including Thane and Navi Mumbai)***

Min 1 year in Quality Control

Quality Control of metal parts
Review and interpret **2D \& 3D part drawings** using AutoCAD and other design software.
Perform **weight and volumetric calculations** for components and shipments.
Prepare and maintain **Quality Control (QC) reports** and documentation.
Coordinate with overseas offices to fulfill their **technical and material requisition requirements**.
Create quality plans \& processes for new development
Source and evaluate **new suppliers**, and maintain effective communication with existing vendors.

Raise **requisitions for raw materials and consumables** as per project requirements.

Maintain **Excel\-based quality documentation**

Interpret results using **CMM, VMM, and Profile Projectors**.

Support **QA audits** and ensure accurate and timely reporting of QC findings.

Identify opportunities for **process optimization** and efficiency improvements within the QC workflow.

*Qualification:** BE Mechanical/ Diploma Mechanical/B Tech Mechanical or Production Engineering

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month

Are you familiar with measurement instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height gauge etc..
Do you have a BTECH/ BE Degree in Mechanical/ Production Engineering
Have you done QC of metal/plastic parts in the past?
