We are seeking a detail\-oriented Quality Control (QC) Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing inspection protocols, executing product testing, and monitoring day\-to\-day operations to ensure everything complies with established safety and quality standards. You will work closely with production, engineering, and supplier teams to perform root\-cause analysis on defects and implement effective corrective actions.
Execute Testing: Perform rigorous inspections on incoming raw materials, in\-process components, and finished products.
Develop Protocols: Design and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Manage Non\-Conformance: Identify product defects, issue Non\-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and isolate faulty items.
Root\-Cause Analysis: Lead troubleshooting efforts using methodologies like 8D, 5\-Why, or Fishbone diagrams to prevent recurring issues.
Audit \& Compliance: Conduct regular internal audits to maintain alignment with international standards like ISO 9001\.
Document Control: Maintain precise records of test logs, certifications, checklist verifications, and compliance data books.
Supplier Evaluation: Audit third\-party suppliers and vendors to verify that their production metrics match your baseline parameters.
Cross\-functional Collaboration: Work alongside production managers to streamline workflows and introduce zero\-defect workflows.
