Quality Control Team Leader

• *Job Summary**

We are seeking an 05 years of experienced and motivated members to join our QC Team. The candidate will play a key role in Quality Control. This role requires a thorough understanding of the quality plan and procedure to developed the department.

• *Role \& responsibilities**

1\. Lead and developed the quality control team

2\. Own the quality control program and procedure

3\. Oversee Inspections, testing and acceptance criteria

4\. Manage corrective and preventive action

5\. Lead internal and External quality audit

6\. Set quality metrics, standards and goals

7\. Ensure compliance with ISO, R2v3 or applicable standards

8\. Report Quality performance to leadership

9\. Expertise in incoming, in process and finish good products

10\. Uses of Different tools and software

11\. Supervise, train, and mentor a team of QC technicians and testers.

12\. Process Oversight: Monitor inbound diagnostics, component testing (RAM, CPU, battery health), and final outbound audits.

13\. Grading Standards: Enforce strict cosmetic (Grade A/B/C) and functional standards across all laptop models.

14\. Defect Analysis: Track failure rates, identify recurring hardware or software defects, and collaborate with the repair team to implement corrective actions.

15\. SLA \& Throughput: Maintain daily production targets while ensuring the escape rate of defective products remains below target thresholds.

16\. Documentation: Maintain precise records of quality metrics, yield rates, and technician performance.

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹500,000\.00 per year
