• **Cross\-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and error\-proofing (Poka\-Yoke) solutions.
• **Documentation \& Audits:** Maintain strict audit trails, quality records, and compliance logs for internal and supplier audits.

• *Required Qualifications \& Skills**

• **Education:** Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or Production/Manufacturing Engineering.
• **Experience:**
• *Trainee / QC Inspector:* 0 to 3 years in shop\-floor or line inspection.
• *Quality Engineer / Manager:* 3 to 15\+ years managing QMS, , , and supplier quality.
• **Technical Knowledge:**
• Automotive quality management systems (**IATF 16949**, **ISO 9001**)
• Core tools: **APQP**, **PPAP**, **FMEA**, **SPC**, and **MSA**
• Problem\-solving methods: **Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)**, **Lean Manufacturing**, and **Kaizen**
