Supervises a team of entry to intermediate level Field Service professionals or supervisors of Field Service Technicians. Manages day\-to\-day priorities in solving client issues received by the team. Optimizes manpower and resources, responds to complaints of customers, and escalates key issues to senior management.
As a Quality engineer, you’ll be responsible for
- Shall be responsible to implement Client and execute Quality Control program in accordance with its quality management systems to satisfy the project requirements.
- Oversee on\-job quality control processes, including inspection of materials received from factories and suppliers to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
- Shall be responsible in conducting Site End of line checks in accordance to checklist/submittal/specification and prepare report as per the findings.
- The QC engineer is responsible for addressing site\-level deficiencies (issues that span multiple projects or buildings on their site).
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to identify and eliminate defects and quality issues, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Maintain and organize all quality\-related documentation such as inspection reports and share them regularly with all stakeholders.
- Follow up with factories, design teams, and suppliers to address any quality escapes and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for quality\-related issues.Identify opportunities for process improvements, provide constructive feedback, and ensure successful implementation of changes with factories and suppliers.
- This person is also responsible for overall project Quality Control document management.
- This person is responsible for performing Quality Assurance for relevant installing subcontractors and vendors.
