Lecon Energetics is a young, dynamic and growing organization specializing in motor starting solutions for pumps and compressors up to 11 kV / 20 MW. We manufacture FCMA soft starters, along with a host of other products such as APFC, Capacitor Panels, MV VCB Panels \& detuned filters.

Our medium\-voltage starters power heavy pump sets and compressors across a wide range of industries, including Oil \& Gas, Water Supply, Pharmaceuticals, and other industrial sectors. We have an international presence, having supplied our products to 7 countries and counting.

• *Job Responsibilities**

• *Lead team of quality engineers**

• Perform quality inspections and testing of electrical panels, FCMA soft starters, reactors, capacitor panels, and associated electrical components.
• Carry out incoming in\-process and final quality inspections as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and applicable standards.
• Perform routine electrical tests, including insulation resistance, continuity, functional checks, and other tests applicable to the equipment.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test reports, quality checklists, and other quality\-related documents.
• Coordinate with the production, design, and testing teams to resolve quality issues and ensure product compliance.
• Identify non\-conformities, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with applicable IS/IEC standards, internal quality procedures, and customer specifications.
• Support customer and third\-party inspections, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and quality audits.
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of testing instruments.
• Ensure 5 S and other quality control process.

• *Qualification and Skills Required**

• B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
• Knowledge of electrical equipment, switchgear, control panels, and electrical testing procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, Single\-Line Diagrams (SLDs), and wiring diagrams.
• Basic knowledge of IS/IEC standards and quality management systems, preferably ISO 9001\.
• Good documentation, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with production, design, and other departments.
• Be a Team Leader

• *Preferred Experience**

• Experience in quality inspection and testing of LT/HT electrical systems like VCB panels, capacitor panels, or reactors.
• Knowledge of routine testing, inspection procedures, and customer quality requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
