• *About the Role**

We are seeking a **Quality Engineer Lead** to support the delivery of high\-quality software through effective testing, automation, and collaboration. This role combines hands\-on testing expertise with opportunities to guide improvements in quality practices and processes.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Design, develop, and execute **automated and performance tests**
• Build and maintain **test automation frameworks** , including tools such as Playwright
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure solutions meet quality standards
• Identify , document, and help resolve defects, including supporting **root cause analysis**
• Contribute to improving **testing processes, tools, and methodologies**
• Configure and maintain **testing environments and tools**
• Support planning and execution of testing activities across projects
• Monitor and report testing progress, results, and risks
• Participate in initiatives to enhance **quality, efficiency, and delivery outcomes**
• Stay informed about evolving testing tools and industry practices
• *Requirements:**

• Experience with **test automation and Playwright**
• Understanding of **software testing practices and quality assurance approaches**
• Experience conducting **functional, automated, or performance testing**
• Familiarity with **software development processes**
• Ability to analyze issues and contribute to **root cause identification**
• Experience working with testing tools and environments
• Strong communication skills for collaborating across teams
