• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall product quality.
• Mentor junior team members to develop their testing skills and understanding of quality assurance practices.

• Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and best practices.
• Experience in designing comprehensive test cases and test plans.
• Ability to identify, document, and track defects effectively.

• Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills to ensure thorough validation of software.

Additional Information
