Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating cross\-functional planning and integrating various systems to enhance delivery speed and ensure high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The day also includes defining and implementing key performance indicators to monitor testing activities, managing test execution, and facilitating the resolution of defects to maintain product excellence and reliability.

Professional \& Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools related to Selenium.
• Experience in designing and implementing test automation scripts to support continuous integration and delivery.
• Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure high\-quality software releases.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Skilled in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices in quality engineering.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
