Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end\-to\-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating cross\-functional planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The day also includes defining and monitoring key performance indicators to evaluate testing effectiveness, managing test execution, and ensuring timely resolution of defects, all while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

Professional \& Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Lambda Administration.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS DynamoDB, AWS CloudFormation, AWS S3 (Simple Storage Service).
• Strong knowledge of cloud\-based testing environments and automation frameworks.
• Ability to design and implement scalable testing solutions within cloud ecosystems.
• Experience in monitoring and optimizing serverless applications for performance and reliability.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines in cloud environments.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AWS Lambda Administration.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
