• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced **Quality Head** to lead Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) operations for its plastic manufacturing division. The candidate should have strong expertise in plastic injection moulding, blow moulding, engineering plastics, quality systems, and process improvement.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement quality management systems and strategies.
• Lead QA, QC, supplier quality, and customer quality functions.
• Monitor quality across injection moulding and blow moulding processes.
• Reduce defects, rejections, and customer complaints through root cause analysis.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and 8D problem\-solving.
• Ensure product quality, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with customer specifications.
• Conduct inspections, process audits, and quality system reviews.
• Work with production teams to improve process efficiency and product reliability.
• Manage supplier quality and resolve quality\-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and quality awareness across the team.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and customer requirements.
• Lead and develop the quality team to achieve departmental objectives.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Plastic Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• CIPET qualification or a postgraduate diploma in Plastic Processing Technology will be an added advantage.
• Relevant training in injection moulding, quality management systems, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and root cause analysis is preferred.

• *Required Experience \& Skills**

• 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within plastic injection moulding.
• Strong knowledge of injection moulding, blow moulding, and engineering plastic components.
• Knowledge of PPO (Polyphenylene Oxide) and engineering\-grade plastics is preferred.
• Experience in automotive plastics, industrial plastic components, consumer durables, or poultry equipment manufacturing is an advantage.
• Proficiency in 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Analysis, Pareto Analysis, 8D, CAPA, and SPC.
• Knowledge of drawing interpretation, GD\&T basics, dimensional inspection, and quality documentation.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
