Quality Lab Incharge (Only Real Estate)

• Conduct testing of construction materials such as cement, concrete, steel, aggregates, sand, and bricks as per IS standards
• Perform cube testing, slump testing, and other quality checks to ensure structural integrity
• Maintain accurate records of all lab test results and prepare quality reports
• Ensure calibration, maintenance, and proper functioning of all laboratory equipment
• Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for sampling and testing requirements
• Identify quality deviations and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and support audit processes
• Supervise and guide lab technicians and support staff

• *Required Skills:**

• Strong knowledge of construction material testing and QA/QC procedures
• Familiarity with IS codes and quality standards
• Ability to analyze test results and ensure compliance
• Good coordination and team management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting

• *Preferred candidate profile**

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 5\-10 years of relevant experience in construction quality/lab testing
• Experience in real estate projects preferred
• Should be from Delhi NCR

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
