• *Role Overview**

The Quantity Surveyor will be part of the Engineering Services department, supporting accurate quantity estimation, quantity take\-off, and cost management for construction projects.

The role requires expertise in architectural drafting, construction drawing interpretation, site supervision, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, structural engineers, and other design professionals to ensure accurate measurements, reliable project documentation, and effective client coordination.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Prepare accurate quantity take\-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from architectural and structural drawings.
• Prepare supporting measurement sheets and hand sketches to document quantity calculations.
• Review AutoCAD drawings and extract dimensions and measurements for quantity estimation.
• Demonstrate theoretical and practical knowledge of civil construction activities, including Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC), building works, architectural elements, and finishing items.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other design disciplines to clarify drawing details and resolve quantity\-related discrepancies.
• Support architectural drafting and site supervision activities as required.
• Use Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet functions for quantity calculations, measurement records, and BOQ preparation.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination.
• Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Work in rotational shifts according to business requirements.

• *Educational Qualification**

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Architecture.

• *Experience**

• 1–3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, architectural drafting, and/or site supervision.

• *Technical Skills**

• Practical knowledge of civil construction activities, including RCC works, building works, architectural elements, and finishing items.
• Ability to independently prepare accurate quantity take\-offs and BOQs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet functions.
• Ability to read, interpret, and extract dimensions from AutoCAD drawing files.
• Ability to prepare measurement sheets and supporting hand sketches.
• Experience with PlanSwift and/or Bluebeam as specified for the role.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹400,000\.00 per year
