We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead research and development initiatives in our advanced R\&D laboratory.
✔ M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Chemistry **or** B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
✔ Minimum **5** years of experience with **3** years in leading R\&D activities
✔ Experience in Chemical and/or Food Industries preferred
✔ Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and project management skills
