Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented RCM Medical Billing Executive with at least 1 year of experience in US healthcare medical billing. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of medical billing processes, insurance claims, payment posting, AR follow\-up, or denial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review medical billing claims accurately.
• Perform accounts receivable (AR) follow\-up with insurance companies.
• Check claim status and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Identify claim denials and take appropriate action for resolution.
• Handle payment posting, charge entry, and eligibility verification, as required.
• Maintain accurate records and update billing systems.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Follow company policies and data confidentiality requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US healthcare RCM or medical billing.
• Basic knowledge of medical billing terminology and insurance claims.
• Good communication and problem\-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹347,000\.00 \- ₹800,000\.00 per year
