The Senior Tester performs control testing aligned with regulatory requirements, internal MPMS standards, and methodologies, engaging with Line 1, Line 2, and Audit stakeholders as needed. They provide subject-matter expertise to strengthen risk culture and support capability uplift across the CoE. Strategically, they contribute to the improvement and maintenance of the end-to-end Control Testing Framework, Methodology, and Assets, including annual refreshes and regulatory change integration. Partnering with the CoE Manager, they define the annual control testing strategy, track quality indicators, and provide meaningful insights from testing controls.
