*About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced React Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable, high\-performance web applications using React.js and modern frontend technologies. You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative digital solutions while ensuring an exceptional user experience.

*Key Responsibilities**

Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
Build reusable components and frontend libraries for future use.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams to implement user\-centric solutions.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third\-party services.
Write clean, maintainable, and well\-documented code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues across browsers and devices.
Work in Agile/Scrum environments and actively participate in sprint planning, stand\-ups, and retrospectives.
Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends.

*Required Skills \& Qualifications**

5–8 years of professional experience in frontend development.
Strong hands\-on experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6\+), HTML5, and CSS3\.
Proficiency in state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or similar.
Experience with TypeScript and modern frontend development practices.
Strong understanding of React Hooks, component lifecycle, and performance optimization techniques.
Experience consuming REST APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.
Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross\-browser compatibility.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills.

*Preferred Skills**

Experience with Next.js or other React\-based frameworks.
Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
